Job Title: Cluster Head

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of 3–4 IVF hospital branches and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Monitor and improve patient experience, service quality, and hospital standards across all branches.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure each branch meets revenue targets, operational goals, and patient conversion rates.
- Supervise branch managers and department heads and provide guidance for performance improvement.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and discipline across the cluster.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to patient flow, revenue, and operational performance.




- Identify operational issues and implement strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
- Conduct regular visits to all branches to monitor activities and provide support to staff.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
- 5+ years experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teams effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
