Experience Required: 2+ years in Travel Sales, Domestic Packages, or Tele-sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Train team members and improve sales performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable experience in travel sales, domestic packages, or tele-sales.
- Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience + Attractive Sales Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
