Job Summary:
We are looking for a Material Selection Coordinator to coordinate the selection, approval, sampling, and procurement follow-up of materials required for interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, and vendors for material selection.
- Identify suitable materials, finishes, colours, textures, and specifications as per project requirements.
- Collect material samples, catalogues, technical specifications, and quotations from vendors.
- Arrange samples and submit them for client or management approval.
- Maintain material selection sheets and approval records.
- Follow up on pending material approvals and ensure timely decisions.
- Coordinate with the purchase and site teams for approved material procurement.
- Track material availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and substitutions.




- Ensure that materials supplied match approved samples and specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation of approved and rejected materials.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of interior materials such as laminates, veneers, tiles, flooring, paints, hardware, fabrics, and finishes.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Solid communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple material requirements simultaneously.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
