Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates.
- Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Calculate material quantities and labour requirements.
- Prepare rate analysis and project cost sheets.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare running account (RA) bills.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors.
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project cost reports.
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and construction billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
