Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome customers, understand their need & budget.

- Suggest right outfits based on occasion & style.

- Help with trials and convert walk-ins to bookings.

- Achieve sales targets.

2. Fashion & Product Knowledge

- Know our collections, fabrics & latest trends.

- Give styling & accessory suggestions.

- Explain rental process, pricing & return policy.

3. Customer Experience

- Give a friendly & skilled experience.

- Build good customer relations and handle queries.

- Ensure full customer satisfaction.

4. Store Operations

- Maintain display and cleanliness.





- Follow sales process and SOPs.

- Enter customer & booking details correctly in software.

- Coordinate with team for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree

- Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

- Good communication, energetic & customer-focused

- Interest in fashion & styling

- Ready to work in target-based environment, weekends & wedding season

Preferred: Experience in apparel/fashion retail, basic styling knowledge, sales skills, teamwork.
