Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to join our interior design and execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising interior projects at various sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor interior project execution at site.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.

Read and interpret drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.

Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved designs and quality standards.

Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular updates and reports.

Check measurements, material requirements, and work completion.

Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams.

Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.

Conduct quality checks and coordinate snag rectification before handover.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements,



and material usage.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

1–8 years of experience in interior execution, civil construction, or site supervision.

Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects will be preferred.

Good knowledge of interior finishing works, including carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and modular installations.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.

Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and work under project deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites in Bangalore and nearby locations.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or project management software will be an advantage.
