Position: Patient Relationship Executive – Front Office & Patient Experience

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

We are looking for a confident, well-organised, and empathetic professional to manage patient relationships and ensure a seamless experience at our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front office and appointment management
- Patient enquiries, calls and WhatsApp coordination
- Patient follow-ups and appointment conversions
- Billing, records and payment coordination
- Patient satisfaction and relationship management

Ideal Candidate:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Professional, presentable and patient-focused
- Robust organisational and computer skills
- Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred
