Key Responsibilities

- Manage Oracle GRC and Oracle Fusion Security support operations.
- Monitor and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and access controls.
- Configure and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud solutions.
- Work on Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Transaction Controls Governor (TCG), and Preventive Controls Advisor (PCA).
- Manage user access certification and enterprise access governance.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC), duty roles, and job roles.
- Handle user provisioning and access governance across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Support Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM security.
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, and internal control frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Manage risk remediation and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, auditors, and client stakeholders.
- Support AMS and managed services engagements.
- Identify opportunities to improve security controls and monitoring processes.

Experience Requirements

- 7–12 years of overall IT experience, subject to final confirmation.
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle GRC implementation or support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with audit compliance and access governance programs.
- Experience managing support engagements.
- Experience working with internal and external auditors.
- Understanding of AMS and managed services support models.
- Strong knowledge of ITGC, SOX, and risk management frameworks.

- CISA
- CRISC
- CISSP
- CPA / CA
- ITIL Foundation Certification

Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹1,450,000.00 per year
