Job Description :

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Associate to handle showroom customers and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales or BDM roles and be comfortable interacting with premium customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and assist showroom visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update CRM with enquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Develop strong knowledge of products and their applications.
- Coordinate with the brand team for quotations and samples.
- Maintain product samples, showroom displays, and the sample library.




- Assist Sales Managers with lead management and customer coordination.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Sales, BDM, or a similar role.
- Experience with premium brands is an added advantage.
- Good command of English communication.
- Confident, presentable, and pleasing personality.
- Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
