2. Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.

- Guide team members in customer handling, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Coordinate property site visits and monitor team performance.

Requirements:

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales or team management is preferred.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and motivate team members.
