Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and finalisation of accounts, along with the ability to manage accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Perform bank reconciliation and customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and expense reports.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.




- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and finalisation of accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination will be preferred.
