Job Description:

- Highly skilled Technical Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams ensuring that business needs are translated into clear implementable technical solutions with the ability to actively support development activities when needed
- This role combines business analysis technical design and hands on contribution
- This role is central to ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into actionable technical requirements and that the delivered application meets expectations

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders Product Owners and the development team
- Facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals constraints and expectations
- Translate business needs into detailed functional non functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories acceptance criteria process flows and data models using TargetProcess xWiki and other tools
- Support prioritization and backlog management
- You will collaborate with the team in technical analysis and grooming sessions




- Assist in change management activities including impact analysis and documentation updates
- You will participate in the release process ensuring smooth deployments
- Help with troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure a high uptime and valuable performance
- Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and updates
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies including AI and suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity

Technical Requirements:

- Technical Analyst or equivalent role in applications using Angular FE Java backend using Microservices architecture
- You have a strong ability to translate business concepts into structured technical requirements
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication facilitation and documentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
