- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference and background checks.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Support employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and issues, and fostering a positive working workplace.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
