Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and respond to customer enquiries.
- Lead Follow-Up: Contact potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication.
- Product Information: Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and offers.
- Sales Support: Generate customer interest, identify sales opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive customer relationships and ensure a skilled customer experience.
- Enquiry Management: Address customer questions, record feedback, and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
- Lead & Call Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-up status.
- Target Achievement: Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
