Role Overview

Shiksha Foundation is looking for an energetic, creative, and well-organized Activity Planning, Execution & Fundraising Executive to plan and execute activities, coordinate volunteers, build partnerships, and support fundraising initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities throughout the year, managing logistics, engaging colleges and corporate partners, coordinating monetary and in-kind donations, and ensuring the smooth execution of programs benefiting underprivileged children and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute 12 activities throughout the year.
- Build partnerships with colleges, volunteers, corporates, and organizations.
- Manage activity dates, locations, volunteers, transport, food, materials, and permissions.
- Coordinate donors and manage monetary and in-kind donations.




- Maintain donation records and support accounts and audits.
- Support fundraising and ensure smooth activity execution.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers may apply.
- Strong planning, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Creative, energetic, proactive, and confident.
- Good people-management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage deadlines.
- Robust sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Willingness to travel independently to underprivileged communities, learning center’s, and Palghar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
