We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team in Jaipur. The candidate will assist in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical corporate experience and develop their careers in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage interview schedules.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and leave management.
- Prepare recruitment trackers,



MIS reports, and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and daily HR operations.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with job portals will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
