Job Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide professional hairdressing and styling services while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and finishing for men and women. Provide hair colouring, highlights, balayage, and advanced colouring services. Perform hair treatments such as Keratin, Smoothening, Nanoplastia, Botox, and other treatments. Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle, colour, and treatment requirements. Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on the client's hair type and condition. Perform hair wash, conditioning, scalp care, and styling. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety. Keep tools and workstations clean and properly maintained. Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and styling products.



Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits. Achieve individual and salon service targets when applicable. Required Skills Strong knowledge of men's and women's hairstyling. Positive understanding of hair types, textures, colours, and treatments. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Creative and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work as part of a professional salon team. Knowledge of current hair fashion and trends. Relevant salon experience or professional hairdressing certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

2–5+ years of experience in a qualified salon environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
