About the Company

Solar4Ever Private Limited is a growing renewable energy company based in Howrah, West Bengal, specializing in Solar EPC, solar rooftop installations, solar product distribution, and sustainable energy solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified business leads, and support our business expansion across West Bengal.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, videos, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Increase brand visibility, followers, engagement, and customer inquiries.
- Promote solar rooftop solutions, government subsidy schemes, and company offerings.

2. Lead Generation & Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign ROI.
- Monitor cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.

3. Content Creation & Branding

- Create marketing content, promotional creatives, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging Bengali, Hindi, and English content for targeted audiences.
- Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.




- Coordinate the creation of customer installation videos, testimonials, and project success stories.
- Maintain consistent Solar4Ever branding across digital platforms.

4. Website Management & SEO

- Update and maintain the company website: www.solar4ever.in.
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Improve Google search visibility and website traffic.
- Manage the Google Business Profile and online customer reviews.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

5. WhatsApp & Email Marketing

- Execute WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns.
- Create targeted promotional messages and customer engagement campaigns.
- Support email marketing and customer communication.
- Maintain and segment digital lead databases.

6. Performance Reporting & Sales Coordination

- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Track campaign spending, leads generated, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and CRM teams.
- Suggest new digital strategies to improve customer acquisition.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Candidates with experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical equipment, real estate, or other lead-generation businesses will be preferred.




- Freshers with strong practical digital marketing skills and relevant project experience may also apply.

- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing
- Canva and basic graphic design
- SEO and Google Business Profile management
- Google Analytics and campaign reporting
- Content writing and short-form video editing
- Lead generation and CRM coordination
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Creativity, ownership, and a result-oriented mindset

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The selected candidate's performance will be assessed based on:

- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Cost per qualified lead and campaign ROI.
- Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Website traffic and organic lead generation.
- Lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion performance in coordination with Sales.
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns and content calendars.
