About Technova Global

Technova Global is building an AI dubbing studio in Hyderabad. We dub films and series into new languages using ComposerX, our in-house AI dubbing tool. ComposerX exports clean dialogue and M&E; stems that our audio team turns into finished mixes. Full training on ComposerX is given.

Openings: 3

- 1 Senior Audio Engineer – 3–5 years experience; owns the final mix and leads two juniors
- 2 Junior Audio Engineers – 0–2 years; prepare and clean dubbed audio and learn the full dubbing mix on the job

Languages: Hindi is a must. Knowing Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus and gets preference, but is not required.

Senior Audio Engineer – what you will do

- Mix the dubbed dialogue with music and effects (M&E;) so it sits in the scene like the original
- Match dialogue tone, room and distance to the picture (EQ, reverb, perspective)
- Clean dialogue problems: noise, clicks, breaths, harshness, level jumps
- Deliver to spec: loudness (EBU R128 / -24 LKFS / -27 LUFS as asked), true peak, stems and file formats
- Check sync and phase before delivery; fix or send back what is wrong
- Set up mix templates and the delivery checklist the team follows
- Assign and review the junior engineers' work and train them
- Work with QC and post-production on delivery dates and fixes

Senior – you need

- 3–5 years mixing for film, OTT or dubbing
- Strong Pro Tools (Logic / Nuendo / Reaper fine); iZotope RX or similar for dialogue repair
- Working knowledge of loudness and delivery specs (EBU R128, Netflix / OTT specs, true peak)
- Experience guiding juniors; a show reel or credits list is expected

Junior Audio Engineer – what you will do





- Import dialogue and M&E; stems into the mix session, in sync with the picture
- Clean dialogue: remove noise, clicks, breaths and pops; even out levels between lines
- Run loudness and true-peak checks and fix simple level problems
- Prepare stems and files in the formats on the delivery checklist
- Flag sync, glitch or quality problems to the senior engineer or QC with a transparent note
- Keep sessions and files named and saved the way the team agreed

Junior – you need

- A good ear and patience for detailed work
- Basic Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper or Audition; understanding of levels, EQ and noise reduction
- Willingness to learn loudness specs (EBU R128, LUFS, true peak)
- A sound-engineering course or diploma is preferred; freshers welcome

For both: good spoken and written Hindi (must), working English, and comfort with long sessions on headphones.

Who fits: re-recording and dubbing mixers, dialogue editors, post-production sound engineers, studio engineers from OTT/TV/film (senior); sound-engineering graduates, assistant studio engineers, podcast and music editors (junior).

Selection process

- Apply with your CV (CV is a must); seniors please add a show reel or credits list
- Shortlisted candidates get a telephonic interview
- Final round: an in-person practical test at our Hyderabad office – seniors mix and deliver a 2-minute scene to spec (about 60 minutes); juniors clean and level a dialogue stem (about 45 minutes)

Location: Hyderabad – work from office only. Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
