Technova Global is building an AI dubbing studio in Hyderabad. We dub films and series into new languages using ComposerX, our in-house AI dubbing tool. Full training on ComposerX is given.

About the role

A Senior QC Reviewer is the last pair of ears before a dubbed film leaves us. You check every part in ComposerX for sync, emotion, voice and audio quality, decide pass or rework, and keep the whole team judging to the same standard. Experience: 3–5 years.

Languages: Hindi is a must. Knowing Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus and gets preference, but is not required (target-language checks are done separately by a linguist).

What you will do

- Review completed dubbed parts line by line against the source video and give the final pass / fail
- Check lip-sync and timing, emotion and delivery, the right voice under the right character, and audio problems (noise, glitch, clipping, volume)
- Mark every issue in the tool with the right category and a clear rework note; re-check rework and explicit the markers
- Own the Dubbing QC Standards: keep them up to date and run weekly calibration sessions so every reviewer marks the same way
- Spot repeat mistakes by adapter or by project and give short, practical feedback
- Train and check new QC reviewers; review a sample of their work every week




- Keep a QC summary per project (pass / fail, main issues, rework count) and report trends to management
- Work with the audio engineers on mix and loudness issues before delivery

You need

- 3–5 years in dubbing QC, dubbing direction, audio post or localization QA
- Good spoken and written Hindi (must); working English
- Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia – preferred, not mandatory
- A sharp ear for performance, timing and sync
- Honest, clear written feedback and the confidence to fail a part and explain why
- Experience guiding or training others

Who fits: dubbing directors, studio QC leads, senior dubbing artists, sound and video editors with QC duties, localization QA leads.

Selection process

- Apply with your CV (CV is a must)
- Shortlisted candidates get a telephonic interview
- Final round: an in-person practical test (about 45 minutes) at our Hyderabad office – review a 3-minute dubbed clip with planted faults, mark each with a category and rework note, and write a short pass / fail summary

Location: Hyderabad – work from office only. Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad may apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
