Job Overview

We are looking for a polite, confident, and well-organized Receptionist Cum Caller to manage front-desk activities, handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to enquiries, and assist with daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to walk-in students, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- - Make follow-up calls to potential clients and handle their enquiries professionally.
- Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Share basic information about the company's services, and visa-related processes.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with counsellors and other team members.
- Maintain enquiry records, call logs, and daily reports.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks.




- Maintain a skilled and welcoming reception area.

Required Skills

- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, ChatGPT and WhatsApp.
- Polite, professional, and friendly behaviour.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with receptionist, telecalling, customer service, or front-office experience will be preferred.
