We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, issuing and reissuing tickets, fare calculations, cancellations, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle flight ticket bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international travel.
- Provide fare quotations and assist in fare calculations as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing-related queries.
- Ensure all reservations and bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Address customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations.
- Monitor and update PNRs (Passenger Name Records) to avoid auto cancellations.
- Assist in visa and travel insurance processing as per client requirements.
- Keep updated with airline fare rules, promotions, and industry changes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
