Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and hardworking Fish Cutters to join our team in Oman. The candidates will be responsible for cutting, cleaning, preparing, and handling fish according to hygiene and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Cut, clean, and prepare fish according to customer and company requirements.
- Remove scales, bones, and unwanted parts as required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh fish.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the fish-cutting area.
- Use knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
- Check fish quality and freshness before processing.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.




- Assist with stock arrangement and other related duties.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fish cutting is preferred.
- Knowledge of fish cleaning and cutting techniques.
- Ability to handle cutting tools safely.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a chilled environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
