we are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to project cost,quantity take-offs,budgeting,and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Quantity take-offs, BOQ (Bill of Quantities),and cost estimates.
- Analyze drawings,specifications,and other documents to prepare accurate cost calculations.
- Assist in tendering and contract negotiation.
- Monitor project costs and help contol budgets.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and work progress.
- Prepare interim payment certificates,bills,and invoices.
- Liaise with project managers,engineers,and contractors.
- Evaluate and prepare variation claims,rate analysis,and final accounts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil Engineering or Quantity surveying.
- 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods,materials,and estimation software.
- Proficient in MS Excel,Auto CAD and quantity surveying tools.
- Stong analytical,negotiation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
