Jaipur Burger Truck (JBT) is looking for a responsible, energetic, and experienced Outlet Manager / Store Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock, staff, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Specification (JS) – Outlet Manager / Store Manager

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation or a relevant hospitality qualification

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
