Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, equipment development, assembly, and integration for industrial automation and robotics projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop mechanical systems, automation equipment, fixtures, and machine components.

* Create 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.

* Work with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent design software.

* Handle mechanical assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning.

* Coordinate with electrical, PLC programming, and project teams for system integration.

* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement design improvements.

* Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

* Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams for fabrication and component procurement.

* Lead technicians and support project execution within the scheduled timeline.

* Travel to customer locations for site visits, installation, commissioning,



and technical support.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of mechanical design and industrial automation systems.

* Expertise in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.

* Experience in machine design, mechanical assemblies, fixtures, and fabrication drawings.

* Knowledge of pneumatic systems, actuators, linear motion systems, and robotics is an advantage.

* Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and team leadership skills.

* Good communication and technical documentation skills.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or industrial automation.

Hands-on experience in machine design, assembly, and automation projects.

Candidates must be willing to travel for project-related work.
