About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Content Strategist who can drive content research, ideation, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience behaviour, content trends, brand positioning, and social media growth, with the ability to build impactful strategies that drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Analysis: Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and content trend research to identify growth opportunities.
- Content Ideation: Develop creative content ideas, concepts, and campaign themes across relevant platforms.
- Content Strategy: Build and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Content Planning: Create content calendars and ensure consistency in content themes, messaging, and brand voice.
- Content Management: Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Social Media Growth: Develop strategies to grow Instagram accounts,



build personal brands, and improve audience engagement.
- Trend Identification: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content strategy or a related role.
- Ideally, 1+ year of experience working with a qualified content, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Proven experience in growing Instagram accounts and building personal brands.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent research, ideation, strategic thinking, and content planning skills.
- Ability to develop content strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Must be based in Chandigarh/Panchkula or willing to relocate.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, expertise, and demonstrated results.

For exceptionally experienced candidates with a strong track record of growing brands and social media accounts, the compensation can go up to ₹80,000–₹1,00,000 per month.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
