Job Role: Structural Design Engineer
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3–15 Years
Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer with solid knowledge of structural analysis and design of industrial steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for designing pipe racks, equipment skids, modular structures, pipe supports, platforms, sheds, shelters, and other steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of industrial steel structures.
- Design beams, columns, bracing, trusses, platforms, and supporting frames.
- Design and verify bolted and welded steel connections.
- Perform structural modelling and analysis using STAAD.Pro / SAP2000.
- Perform steel connection design using IDEA StatiCa / RAM Connection.
- Apply AISC, PIP, ASCE, and applicable project standards.




- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with piping, mechanical, civil, and other engineering teams.
- Review designs for strength, stability, deflection, and code compliance.

Required Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering
