Job Description – HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations for our client, an overseas education consultancy. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR coordination.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.




- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
- Strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Immediate joiners only.
