Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Restaurant Server with strong communication and customer-service skills. The candidate should have hands-on experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or premium hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers professionally.
- Present menus and explain food items to customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and food-safety standards.
- Ensure proper table setup and service readiness.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience as a Server / Steward in a restaurant, hotel, or café.




- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or reputed F&B; brands preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from reputed restaurants, hotels, cafés, and premium hospitality brands will be preferred.
