1) Assess the needs of the patients and prepare plan of nursing care. 2) Demonstrate and carry out productive nursing care, administration of drugs and treatment, observation and recording of vital parameters. 3) Attending rounds with medical personnel and assist in examination of patients and treatment. 4) Follow hospital policies and maintain the core values. 5) Demonstrate and carryout preoperative and post operative care of patients. 6) Read departmental E-mails daily and reply as per the need. 7) Ensure that one attender is available with the patient and educate them about the infection control measures to be practiced. 8) Proper bedside handing over to be ensured in each shift and follow the same.
