Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International BPO
Communication: Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Support process in the travel domain.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

- Handling customer queries related to international travel bookings and reservations.
- Processing booking requests and itinerary-related enquiries.
- Reviewing reservation details and assisting with booking modifications and cancellations.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of back-office records.




- Coordinating travel-related requests and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining service quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
