Key Responsibilities

- Operate spray-painting machines and spray guns to paint machinery, metal components, panels, and fabricated parts.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and degreasing before painting.
- Mix paints, primers, thinners, and other coatings as per specified requirements.
- Apply primer, base coats, and finishing coats uniformly to achieve the required colour, thickness, and finish.
- Adjust spray pressure, nozzle settings, and paint flow to achieve consistent results.
- Inspect painted components for defects such as uneven coating, bubbles, runs, scratches, and paint sagging.
- Perform touch-ups and repainting wherever required.
- Follow prescribed drying and curing procedures.
- Maintain spray guns, painting machines, hoses, and other painting equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and other painting materials.
- Follow workplace safety procedures,



including the use of PPE and proper ventilation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the painting area and comply with quality standards and production schedules.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in industrial spray painting and machine painting.
- Knowledge of spray guns, spray-painting machines, and painting techniques.
- Understanding of surface preparation, primers, paints, and protective coatings.
- Ability to identify painting defects and perform corrective actions.
- Knowledge of painting thickness, colour matching, and finishing quality.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and workplace safety.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and production requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
