About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Head to lead our signage manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, material procurement coordination, cost management and timely project execution.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of signage manufacturing, fabrication, printing, electrical assembly, finishing and installation processes, along with the ability to manage production teams and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory & Production Management

- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production activities.
- Plan, organize and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Manage manufacturing of indoor and outdoor signage, wayfinding systems, corporate logos, branding elements and customized signage products.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within committed timelines.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement and execution teams to meet project requirements.

2. Signage Manufacturing & Technical Operations

- Manage production processes involving:
- Metal fabrication, cutting, bending and welding.
- Acrylic fabrication and signage manufacturing.
- SS, MS, aluminium and other metal signage.
- LED signage, electrical assembly and illumination.
- Logo fabrication and branding elements.
- UV printing, vinyl printing, logo printing and graphic applications.
- Painting, powder coating, polishing and finishing.
- Wayfinding signage and directional signage systems.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and manufacturing innovation.

3. Manpower & Team Management

- Lead and manage production supervisors, engineers, machine operators, fabricators, welders,



electricians, applicators and other factory employees.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements and project priorities.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance and performance.
- Train and develop employees to improve technical skills and productivity.
- Maintain discipline and ensure accountability across the factory.

4. Quality Control & Process Improvement

- Establish and implement quality standards at every stage of production.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, colours, logos, artwork, finishing and illumination.
- Minimize material wastage, rework, rejection and production defects.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality inspection systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and product quality.

5. Cost & Material Management

- Monitor manufacturing costs, labour costs and material consumption.
- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and resources.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid unnecessary material wastage.
- Work towards improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.

6. Maintenance, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
- Maintain factory housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory, labour, electrical and safety regulations.
- Implement safety procedures for fabrication, welding, painting, electrical work and machine operations.
- Coordinate with the safety team to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.

7. Project Coordination & Dispatch





- Coordinate with project managers and site execution teams to understand project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure finished products meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor packing, dispatch and transportation of finished signage products.
- Ensure timely delivery and support site installation teams whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in signage manufacturing and factory operations.
- Technical knowledge of fabrication, acrylic, metal, LED, printing and finishing processes.
- Robust production planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience in managing large factory teams and multiple production activities.
- Knowledge of inventory control, costing and material management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict delivery timelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Achievement of production targets and delivery schedules.
- Reduction in material wastage and manufacturing costs.
- Improvement in production efficiency and manpower productivity.
- Reduction in quality defects, rework and rejection.
- Machinery uptime and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Timely completion and dispatch of projects.
- Factory safety, housekeeping and statutory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in signage manufacturing, branding, visual communication, fabrication or large-format printing industries will be preferred.
- Experience managing end-to-end factory operations rather than only production supervision.
- Should be capable of independently handling factory operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, cost control and timely project delivery.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
