Role Overview

KIP is looking for a responsible, honest, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at its stone crusher plant. The candidate must maintain accurate financial records, prepare daily reports using Excel, and ensure proper management of accounts and documentation.

This is a full-time residential position at the crusher plant. The candidate is required to stay at the plant premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using Tally.
- Prepare daily sales, production, and expense reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and track outstanding balances.
- Record and maintain vouchers for all financial transactions.
- Maintain cash, bank, purchase, and sales records.
- Reconcile daily cash collections, bank deposits, and expenses.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of daily reports to management.

Requirements

- Basic accounting knowledge and practical experience with Tally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for daily reporting and data entry.
- Understanding of ledger management, voucher entries, and bookkeeping.
- Strong numerical, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
- Honesty, reliability, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Previous experience in a stone crusher, mining, or manufacturing business is preferred.

Important Job Condition

This is a full time, on-site position at the crusher plant, and the selected candidate must be willing to reside at the plant premises and manage daily reporting and accounting activities from there.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
