Job summary

Onelab Ventures is an IT and AI development company that builds software and AI solutions for businesses. We are growing our sales team and are looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients in person, demoing our solutions and closing deals. You will own the sales cycle from first contact through demo, negotiation and closing, working closely with our founders and our product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

- Find and approach B2B clients through field visits, calls and networking
- Present and demo our IT, AI and SaaS solutions to business decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with clients
- Keep leads and deals updated in the CRM
- Build long-term client relationships and find upsell opportunities
- Work with the internal team to make sure promises to clients are delivered





Required qualifications and experience

- 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software development, SaaS or fintech
- Proven field sales experience with regular client visits in a target-driven role
- A reliable career record, with at least 2 years in a previous organisation
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or a technical background is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Good to have

- Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, cloud or fintech products
- Comfort explaining technical solutions to business owners
- Existing network of SME or corporate decision-makers in Mumbai
