We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join a reputed manufacturing organisation as a Finance & Accounts Controller. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing company, along with expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, taxation, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and monthly financial closing.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and customer credit limits.
- Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Handle inventory valuation, stock audits and reconciliation across locations.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, loan renewals, financing arrangements and CMA data preparation.




- Verify purchase and store invoices and manage import payment documentation.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits, tax assessments and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, collections and cash flow forecasting.
- Lead the finance and accounts team and coordinate with the external CFO.

Requirements

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in cash flow, working capital and banking operations.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, stock audits and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage finance and accounting operations.
