- Welcome and attend to customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and direct visits.
- Provide information regarding diamond certification, gemstone testing and other laboratory services.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers regarding report status and delivery timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
