Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) in Mumbai.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry Preference: Non-IT, BFSI, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, BPO

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
- Ensuring timely closures for multiple positions
- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust sourcing, screening and coordination skills
- Candidates from Non-IT, BFSI, Mutual Fund, NBFC or BPO industries preferred
