We’re Hiring: Change Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to join our team!

Location: Mahape Navi mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, review, and validate IT change requests as per organizational policies and compliance standards.
Coordinate change schedules, maintenance windows, code upgrades, and implementation activities.
Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, documentation, approvals, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Monitor change management tickets and queues using ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Remedy, Siebel, or similar tools.
Coordinate with SMEs, project teams, service delivery managers, and end-users.
Track SLAs, communicate risks, and ensure timely completion of change activities.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, validate backout plans, and close change records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.





Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or project coordination.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools.
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and change management practices.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
