We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be confident in architectural design, technical drawings, client coordination, and site execution.

- Design Development: Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings and to prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
- Client Consultation & Feasibility: Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendorsand to discussing project goals, budget, and site feasibility with clients to develop project scopes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, fire safety requirements, and applicable codes.
- Project Management:



Visit project sites and monitor construction progress and quality, reviewing drawings and resolve design and in office execution issues and to prepare and maintain technical drawings, documentation, and project revisions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to design intent
- Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporating eco-friendly materials and sustainable building practices while assisting with material selection, finishes, detailing, and sustainable design solutions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹53,465.28 per month
