Summary: Be the first person young people meet on their way to a skill and a job. Go out into Belgaria and Dhanbad, explain free skill training to youth and families, and fill our batches at the JRDA residential centre.

About VSIPL: Venture Skillindia Pvt. Ltd. (VSIPL), a leading skill development company partnered with NSDC (ventureskillindia.co.in).

Key Responsibilities:

- Run door-to-door, community and camp-based mobilisation in Belgaria and across Dhanbad to find eligible candidates.
- Counsel candidates and their families about the courses (currently Beauty Therapist and General Assistant trainee in hospitality), the residential hostel facility and career prospects.
- Hold awareness drives and meetings with community leaders, schools, panchayats and local bodies, together with JRDA and the centre team where needed.
- Collect, check and record candidate documents and enrolment details accurately, and keep the mobilisation records up to date.
- Meet monthly mobilisation and enrolment targets for every batch.
- Follow up with enrolled candidates to support attendance and reduce dropouts.
- Report daily or weekly to the Centre Manager.

Skills Must Have

- Good communication and counselling skills in Hindi.




- Willingness to travel within Dhanbad district for field work every day.
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, photos, simple forms or spreadsheets) for reporting.
- Must be able to work at Belgaria, Dhanbad.
- 12th pass or graduate (suggested).
- 1+ year of field experience in mobilisation, community outreach, sales or an NGO (suggested).

Preferred Skills:

- Earlier mobilisation experience in an NSDC-affiliated or government-funded skill programme.
- Knowledge of the Belgaria / Jharia / Dhanbad area and its communities.
- Ability to speak a local language (e.g., Khortha, Santhali or Bengali) as well as Hindi.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (suggested).

Location: JRDA Training Centre, Belgaria, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, with field work across Dhanbad Joining: Immediate Salary: 17,000 - 20,000 CTC Travel allowance / incentives .
