Job Title: Supply Chain ExecutiveJob Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supply Chain Executive to handle daily supply chain activities, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory records, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Track orders and shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and internal teams.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Follow up with suppliers and transporters regarding delivery status.
- Update order and stock details using MS Excel and computer systems.
- Identify and resolve basic supply chain and delivery issues.

Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
