Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior AMOR to manage day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, operational expertise and a customer-centric approach.

The role involves managing cinema teams, monitoring operational performance, driving sales, controlling costs and ensuring exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cinema Operations

- Oversee daily cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Monitor Box Office, Food & Beverage (F&B;) and guest service operations.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

2. Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, supervise and motivate the cinema operations team.
- Manage staff deployment, shift planning and manpower utilisation.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance and operational discipline.
- Train and guide team members to maintain service quality and productivity.

3. Sales & Business Performance

- Monitor daily sales, revenue and operational performance.
- Drive Box Office and F&B; sales through effective execution.
- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, wastage and operational expenses.
- Ensure effective cost control and optimum resource utilisation.

Guest Experience & Service Quality

- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Handle guest feedback, escalations and complaints effectively.
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall cinema experience.

5. Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and security standards.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance across the cinema premises.
- Ensure proper inventory management and cash-handling practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth cinema operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hospitality, Hotel Management or Management qualifications will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in cinema, multiplex, hospitality, retail, QSR or service operations.
- Prior experience in team handling and managing day-to-day operations is essential.
- Candidates with strong operational and guest service experience will be preferred.
