Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.

- Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Publish job openings and build candidate pipelines.





- Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

- Support HR operations and compliance-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Open to students and freshers from any academic discipline, including HR, Management, and Commerce.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.

- Interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
