A Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing facility. Their duties include:

- Managing production & Inventory processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implementing quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and health and safety standards.
- Audit ,Hiring, training, and developing a team of production employees.
- Monitoring via Mis / Erp - Material In and Out, Good returns update ,Valuable reached update and making adjustments as necessary.
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to guide the factory's operations.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.




- Preparing and presenting production reports to senior management.
- Managing human resources and ensuring a safe and hygiene work environment.
- The ideal candidate for this role typically has a Bachelor of Business Management or a related field, with 5+ experience in a similar managerial position. Skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
