Roles & Responsibilities:-
•Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other platforms.
•Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
•Make calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
•Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
•Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
•Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
•Support the HR team in daily activities and administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:-
•Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
•Candidates pursuing BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com or any other graduation can apply.
Stipend & Advantages:-
•Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000.
•Practical exposure to HR and recruitment activities.
•Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
