Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers through calls and direct interactions.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales and telecalling is required.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
