About Us

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to join our team.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have experience in chat support or customer service, strong written communication skills, valuable typing speed, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer queries through live chat and other digital communication channels.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer questions.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Meet daily productivity, response time, and quality targets.
- Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support, customer service, or BPO chat processes.
- Typing speed of 35–40 WPM with good accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills in English, with proper grammar and sentence formation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet navigation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat support platforms is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
