About the Company

Juneja Renovation and Construction Inc. is a Canadian-registered construction and renovation company specializing in residential renovation and construction services.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing professional based in India to manage our online presence, create engaging social media content, improve website search engine rankings, and generate potential customer inquiries.

This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity. The selected candidate will collaborate online with our team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule engaging social media posts.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Video Editing

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, promotional videos, and marketing graphics.
- Edit project photos and videos provided by the company.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Develop creative content showcasing renovation projects, before-and-after transformations, and company services.

3. SEO & Website Optimization





- Conduct keyword research to improve Google search rankings.
- Optimize website pages, headings, descriptions, and content.
- Implement local SEO strategies targeting Canadian customers.
- Create SEO-friendly website content and blog articles.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Google Business Profile Management

- Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile.
- Publish regular updates, project photos, and promotional content.
- Support local search visibility and customer engagement.

5. Marketing Strategy & Reporting

- Develop digital marketing strategies to generate qualified customer inquiries.
- Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and engagement.
- Track marketing results using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and SEO.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe creative tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Business Profile optimization.




- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in construction, renovation, architecture, or real estate marketing is an asset.
